Scott is a seasoned health care executive with over 40 years in the health care industry, including 15 years as CFO of a large academic medical center and 4 years as EVP of a health services company. Experience includes leadership positions in hospitals, health systems, health services organizations and Big 4 public accounting firms. Both consulting and top management experience in a broad range of functional roles including operations, financial accounting and reporting, strategic planning and forecasting, tax-exempt financing, capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, revenue cycle, supply chain and comparative data analytics. Includes executive oversight of business operations and strategic development functions including tactical planning, negotiation of mergers/acquisitions and affiliation agreements. 

Amy E. Bednarz

Chief Operating Officer

Amy is a licensed attorney with experience at a Big 4 public accounting firm in tax law.  She has consulted on real estate tax law, including REIT entities, US real estate investment partnerships,  and foreign real estate investment partnerships.  She also has consulted on US corporate tax returns, mergers and acquisitions and partnership tax returns.  She has also assisted with audits of public company tax provisions.    

As the Chief Operating Officer, she conducts various administrative functions including:
